34th Annual Celebration of Life Gala

The National Foundation for Human Potential and Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) has the distinct honor and privilege to honor 5 incredible Long Islanders. If not for their actions and assistance, our FREE Family would not have been able to convert to solar power to over 40 individual sites producing approximately 1,018,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity annually reducing our utility expenses by 27 percent per year. The realization and reallocation of this precious revenue each year will be responsible for sustaining vital "life services" as well as socialization and educational programs.

Simply put, these gentlemen provided leadership which assisted FREE in providing continuity of service to over 3,000 people on Long Island and in turn, assisted all to live a better quality of life. Their efforts also allowed FREE to apply and receive a weatherization grant which provided 28 of our homes improvements whose effects and savings will last for many years to come. All of this never would have occurred without their enthusiasm for the project and commitment to the importance of renewable energy, its monetary savings and the undeniable importance of sustaining our planet.

Our FREE Family always says that "we are for others what they may not be able to be for themselves at this time." Each of these men exemplifies this very statement.
